The National Wrestling Camp at Timber Ridge in West Virginia's spectacular Shenandoah Mountains offers the best of both worlds: a one-week premier wrestling experience plus all the activities, spirit and camaraderie of a traditional overnight camp. Campers wrestle, experience new adventures, make lasting friendships and have the time of their life.

Ideal for beginning and intermediate level players, ages 8-12

Whether it's their first time stepping on the mat or they're getting serious about the sport, we'll help them improve their agility and physical approach, as well as focus on the technical areas of their choice. Through individual/group position drills, and challenging matches, they'll learn general wrestling positioning and strategy, techniques and teamwork.  When not on the mat, they'll have more than 45 fun camp activities to choose from - ranging from karate, canoeing, woodworking and whitewater rafting to soccer, swimming and skateboarding.
